Thank you for shopping with Kaia Kollection! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully:
1. Hygiene & Safety
For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on hijabs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Once the product is opened or worn, it cannot be returned.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your hijab arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue. Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect when reaching out.
3. Product Representation
We strive to provide the most accurate representation of our products, including colors and design, through high-quality photographs. However, please be aware that due to different monitor settings, there may be slight variations in color. These variations do not qualify as grounds for a return.
4. How to Return or Exchange
If your item is faulty or damaged, please email us at admin@kaiakollection.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will guide you through the process of returning the product for a replacement or refund.
